.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build E over the region today,
then shift E of the area later today and tonight. A warm front
will emerge off the coast near the Outer Banks today, then lift N
of the area by late tonight. This will be followed by a cold
front moving E across the N and central waters Thu into Thu
night. That front will stall across the central waters Fri, then
become absorbed by a stronger cold front moving SE across the
waters late Fri and Fri night. That stronger front will stall
just S of the area Sat as high pressure builds E across the
northern waters. The front will then lift back N into the area as
a warm front Sat night through Sun night. Low pressure will
develop along the front near the Outer Banks on Sun, then lift NE
to near the Mid- Atlantic coast Sun night. Mariners are advised
to monitor the latest OPC forecasts for this potential developing
system.
